Hello, lately we are facing issue, that cases are “disappearing” from workflow.
I found this in error.log:

This is an interesting one, however, I wonder if you have added some additional triggers to the APP_DELEGATION table, if not please provide me with the result of the following query:

select trigger_schema, trigger_name, action_statement from information_schema.triggers where trigger_schema = 'wf_workflow'

You may change "wf_workflow" to the real DB name in your instance.

ALso, let me know what are the steps you follow to reproduce the issue.
