Dear all,
We have a problem with Report Tables after fields are added or changed in the report tables of a workflow.
Our report tables use a local MySql database that uses the same server instance as ProcessMaker which works fine until we want to update or add a field to the report table via the Process Maker Designer.
Since ProcessMaker recreates the table after its definition has changed, we want to regenerate the existing data in it and use the function under "Admin -> Settings -> PM Tables -> Data -> Regenerate Data Report". Here we get the error message "Generation of data report could not be completed. Please check the processmaker.log for more details."
In the log file the following error message is visible:
<500> Apr 08 16:55:58 dataReport CRITICAL: Generation of data report could not be completed {"ip":"10.1.3.11","workspace":"Berlin","timeZone":"2021-04-08 16:04:58","usrUid":"00000000000000000000000000000001","proUid":"976182163605a763460d467062236078","tableName":"PMT_JOB_POSTS","message":"SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'wf_Berlin.PMT_JOB_POSTS' doesn't exist (SQL: TRUNCATE PMT_JOB_POSTS)"}
This is strange because "wf_Berlin" is the ProcessMaker "core" database and not the database we used for report tables. The database for report tables has a completely different name and until we change the report tables definition, ProcessMaker creates a new table there without problems and inserts data for the running processes. So the table "PMT_JOB_POSTS" can be found in the report table database and usually contains data. However there is no table in the core database with this name which probably leads to this error.
The question is why ProcessMaker would look for it there.
