I have a case that appears both as completed and in the unassigned inbox of our users. I checked the DB and noticed that the case has an entry in both List_Unassigned and List_Completed tables.
Every other table seems ok, the status appears as COMPLETED in APPLICATION table, APP_CACHE_VIEW table, and closed in APP_DELEGATION. From my understanding of the DB and how BPM works, just removing the entry in List_Unassigned would clear the issue, but is that so? Am I not missing anything else?
