Hi I am working with an HR process that should be done by all of our employes in a weekly basis. I am wondering if is there a way to trigger a case for each employee every week.

Does someone can help me on achieve this?

Hi, you can write a custom PHP script file on the web server and trigger it via Cronjobs or Task Scheduler. You need to use PM Functions in the script file. Have a look at this wiki page: https://wiki.processmaker.com/3.2/ProcessMaker_Functions
