Dear All,

Sometimes email stuck in pending when processmaker first send out the notification email.
I try to run it manually but it does not seems to work.

Please help.

Hello waltzdragon,

You must first check which emails have not been sent, you can see this in ADMIN - LOGS - EMAILS there you will see two cases that can be pending or failed as you will see in the image below.

if they are pending or failed they will be sent with the script you have, it is possible that for some reason the mailing is not being generated and in these cases, it is always better to double-check the design.
