What is everyone using for internal/external form / management workflow system? We're using a lot of old customized php forms and mix of paper, looking to streamline and go all paperless but have a system to easily customize and add new ones vs. hard coding new forms on our website... Also looking to get some of them to have "approval" stages.

Example forms:

Facilities Use (Internal & External)

Field Trip Request (Internal)

PD Request (Internal)

Course Reimbursement Request (Internal)

Budget Transfer Request (Internal)

Etc.

Anyone using something that they'd recommend?

I recently got approached by "KissFlow" which integrates pretty well with Google and looks like it does all of this but it doesn't look like any of their stuff is ADA compliant for websites which we're not looking to take a step backwards with that..
