Cases stuck on Script Task

Hi everyone!

I'm having a problem where a Script Task toward the end of an approval process was coded incorrectly to not allow the process to continue when certain criteria were met. I resolved the issue with the script in question (and new cases are flowing correctly), but unfortunately, I have a significant amount of cases currently stuck on this task and not moving forward. Is there a way to get those cases to re-run the script task that they are currently stuck on so that they can move forward?

I am using version: 3.2.1-community. Here is my manual approach:
Step 1: update app_delegation set USR_UID = '00000000000000000000000000000001' WHERE APP_NUMBER = xxx;
Step 2: Log in the system with user admin, open case in Inbox and Click the Continue button.
