Hi All,

Does anyone know how can I assign view permission to Anonymous/unauthenticated users; permission to view uploaded documents for a process?
I am using ProcessMaker 3.3.6

Hello,

Well the anonymous user could not see the documents generated in the case.

Also i emphasize the following:
There was a problem in ProcessMaker in versions lower than 3.4.7 that other users who had all the permissions regarding generated files could not download it. For other users download any generated document, they must be assigned to a role that contains the following permissions: PM_FOLDERS_OWNER and PM_FOLDERS_ALL.

I am upgrading it to 3.4.11

Is there any workaround to give anonymous user access to documents by any other external configuration?
