first of all thank you I'm not programmer but I could build relay big and reliably process with the help of this helpful forum.

I work for non profit organization and just start using PM to organize our forms and document (DMS) and flow
but I have problem can't solve it when try to download PDF document from documents directory not work but its working in case summary.

Hello!
Tell you that ProcessMaker solved this problem in versions 3.4.7 onwards.

I installed "ProcessMaker community" 3.4.7 and 3.4.9 that are available in this section: https://sourceforge.net/projects/processmaker/files/ProcessMaker/

In order for other users to download other documents from other users, they must belong to a role that has the following permissions: PM_FOLDERS_OWNER and PM_FOLDERS_ALL
