Downloading Document via Home > Document#827252

Hi Process Peeps.... , I have a bunch of files generated from Output and Input Docs, some also MultipleFile Attachment, and the properties are "Open the File".

My question is how to download or open the file from Home > Documents? and also still have secure permission.
one things to note down here is the Download button is not Working for "Open the file" properties.
Any idea?

Hello!
Tell you that ProcessMaker solved this problem in versions 3.4.7 onwards.
I installed "ProcessMaker community" 3.4.7 and 3.4.9 that are available in this section: https://sourceforge.net/projects/processmaker/files/ProcessMaker/
In order for other users to download other documents from other users, they must belong to a role that has the following permissions: PM_FOLDERS_OWNER and PM_FOLDERS_ALL
