Why the debug window doesn't show?

HI
I setup the process in debug mode. But when I run the case, the debug window doesn't show. Why ?

Debugging window may be hidden while running, click small arrow to open it again.

Hi, me too using IE will not be able to click on the debug window, any code can be change and make it right?
