Mobile Apps Dynaform keeps loading after Iphone upgrades to IOS 13

Hi everyone,
I have encountered a problem whereas the page of the dynaform keeps on the loading page.

Attached is the sample of dynaform which the user encountered the problem

The problem only occurs after the user upgraded his/her IPhone to IOS 13.
Your help is much appreciated.

Hi
Please, could you send information about the current version of ProcessMaker and the current version of ProcessMaker Mobile app.
Because some version of ProcessMaker Mobile doesn't work very well with ProcessMaker.

Thank you for the reply, I have realized this problem and it is indeed as you said, i need to update my Processmaker version.
