Since some days, when I write in triggers in Google Chrome, it skips 1 character

For example, if the text is :

WHERE ACTIVE=1 and my cursor is after the =, if I press on backwards key, it will remove the E, not the =. It only does that in Chrome. The problem is that in Firefox, I can't open any case, it just freeze my whole browser...

I restarted my computer multiple times, tried to update Chrome, nothing worked. What can I do?

It doesn't do this on every triggers, it seems pretty random when it does this.

I don't see those problems using PM 3.3.10 Community (manual install) in Debian 9.5 with PHP 5.6.37, Firefox 60.5 and Chrome 68.

What is your environment?

PM 3.2.1 Community with Ubuntu 16.04.1 and PHP 5.6.32.1 with the current version of Google Chrome.
It seems to happen when I write a php line when i'm defining my sql query. See my gif for the example:
