Hello,

The administrator reported that sometimes for case selected in Advance Search, the opened Reasgin window doesn't have any user name display. Even the administrator clear his browser cache or carry out the task in another machine, he still cannot use the function.

May I know what steps need to carry out to let administrator able to resign case to other users?

Press F12 to open the web browser's debugger. Then, go to the "Network" in the debugger, so you can see the network traffic. Then to to Actions > Reassign in the menu and watch what is returned by the endpoint
POST http://{ip-or-domain}/sys{workspace}/{lang}/{skin}/cases/ajaxListener
Under the "Response" tab you can check if there was an error. Also check if the POST status is 200. If another number, then then you have an error.

There was no error returned.
It was found that there were two ajax call. One is empty and the other one also didn't return user name in response. Kindly please refer to the attached file for info.
