Hi,
We are using process maker version 3.0.1.8-community.
When we click the inbox, all cases are loading. If we click the any case means it has been opened, again we click the inbox ,it takes too much time to load. Please suggest us for the better solution.

What process and how much RAM do you have in your ProcessMaker server? How many concurrent users (i.e., the number of users logged in at the same time) do you have?

How many cases are in your database? The case lists are slow when ProcessMaker has a large number of cases.

If you want the best performance, you should upgrade to the Enterprise Edition, because its database structure has been improved to be faster and handle more cases.
