User created a case and it's already submitted, but then when the user searches the case in participated she can't find it. And I can't find the case in table APPLICATION. What happens and what should I do to find the case? thank you for the help.

If the case doesn't exist in the APPLICATION table, then it didn't get saved to the database. Are you sure that the login session didn't expire?

The case is created immediately when the user goes to Home > New and then clicks on the name of a process.
