Hello,

I'm facing the following issue. During the process, the user uploads a .xlsx file with 500 to 2500 rows and an output document is generated. There is no issue in generating the output document but when we have 1500 rows we face an Internal Server Error (500). The output document seems to be generated but can't be downloaded and the window for Output Documents isn't loaded and instead, we get a "Whoops, looks like something went wrong".

When one tries to download the document by accessing to Information -> Generated Documents, the document is there but can't be downloaded. Processmaker shows the following message: 'Case: 16313 Payment_Adjustment_1.pdf' doesn't exist. It should be saved by a plugin to a different place. Please review the configuration.

The case is first unassigned and when the user claims it, it goes to the Output document.

Thank you for your help. This only happens with a large number of rows but it didn't before, it took some time to load but it always loaded (even if the Output document file was empty due to memory restrictions)

Make the following changes to your php.ini file:
memory_limit = 512M
max_input_vars = 100000
max_execution_time = 120
max_input_time = 120
post_max_size = 100M

Does that solve it?

I did what you suggest to me, the max_execution_time and max_input_time were lower than normal.
