Unable to resend email from message history#823660

Hi,

I am having problem when trying to resend email from message history.
When clicking on the resend button(padlock) seem nothing happen.
Anyone can help to solved this issue.

Hi,

Try manually executing the cron.php script located in your /opt/processmaker/workflow/engine/bin maybe that will work. According to the wiki it Sends out any emails in the notification queue.

I recommend that you set up your server to periodically execute the cron.php script. See:
