Hi All,
I have a trigger which fires an email to all Stakeholders advising if a request is approved or declined, however, for 2 particular cases, it shows Status as Pending. What should I do? I want the email to go out.

You can use the cron.php script to send out all pending emails. If over a week old, then you need to specify the date. For example to send out all pending emails since January 8, 2015:
cron.php emails +d"2015-01-08 00:00:00"

If you are using Linux, make sure that you execute the cron.php script correctly. See: https://wiki.processmaker.com/3.2/Executing_cron.php

There is also an option inside the ProcessMaker interface to send again each email.
