Hi,

I am having a problem in PM. I can find two cases with same APP_NUMBER in different Tasks, but there is only one entry in APPLICATION table and APP_DELEGATION table. APP_CACHE_VIEW has two entries for that APP_NUMBER. Could you please tell me how can I fix this ?

You can go to Admin > Case List Cache Builder and click on "Build Cache" to rebuild your APP_CACHE_VIEW table.

I suspect that your problem is caused by this:

I have done that but the problem was not fixed. I have rebuilt the cache already but still no change.

If you are willing to export your process and post the .pmx file, I will look at it to try to figure out the cause.

Also, post the results of this query in the database:
SELECT * FROM APP_CACHE_VIEW WHERE APP_NUMBER=X;
(Where X is your case number);
