Hello,

I have an issue that is quite puzzling, and it is urgent I get it resolved ASAP.

Up till last week, Report Users could view reports based on the report structure specified using the Report Designer tool. Now, when users view reports via the REPORT USER tool, the reports return empty or blank with a message "No items to display." See the image below:


When one goes to REPORT DESIGNER tool, the Preview button offers the preview as depicted by the image below; notice that items are displayed in the report.


However, still using the REPORT DESIGNER tool, if one were to continue to the Gadgets tab and click on the Preview button, an empty report is returned (see the image below).


What can be responsible for this behavior? Eagerly awaiting your response. Thanks

Are you using the Data Reporting Tools plugin to create your report or is this a custom plugin?
Which version of PM are you using?

If you create the same report a second time, do you see the same problem?
