Hi,
I'm very new to ProcessMaker.
When I try to attach a input document to the process, it takes a lot of time to attach the document.
Could you please help me with this ?

How many concurrent users do you have using PM?
What version of PM? Bitnami or manual install? What OS?

Are you uploading through a File or MultipleFile field in a Dynaform or through an Input Document step?

You try increasing the memory_limit in your php.ini file.

What kind of hardware do you have in your ProcessMaker server?

With that many concurrent users, you should be using a Linux server with at least 26 GB of RAM and a fast harddrive (like an SSD or striped RAID if using HDD). If you are using NAT to store your processmaker files (which are found in the processmaker/shared directory), then you need to check your access speed to your network drive.

Also, ProcessMaker Enterprise is faster than ProcessMaker Community for large installations. It will make the case lists much faster, but I don't think it will effect the speed accessing input documents. Another thing you can do is install the database in a separate server, but that also won't effect the speed of input documents.
