Dear All,
We have a process in place that allows our students to Appeal results. We recently employed new staff to assist with this process, however when they try open the attached documents, they receive the following error "ERROR doesn't exist. it should be saved by a plugin to a different place. Please review the configuration". Up until now we have been able click on the browser plugin loader and the plugin would be loaded. Over the course of the past week or two the plugin loader has not worked. The IT department found the URL to the plugin repository at Carnegie Mellon University. When they type in the url https://myapps.andrew.cmu.edu/citrix/xe ... fault.aspx there is now a logon screen and the plugin can no longer be loaded. Any ideas on where to find the plugin?
What changes would need to be made to put the installable plugin on the server and the systematic changes that would be needed to load when required
