I installed bitnami processmaker3.2.1 64bit that use php5.6

I want change the php version of my installed program to php5.5

How can I do this?

You should do a manual install if you want PHP 5.5. Using Bitnami is not recommended if you ever want to be able to upgrade your installation of ProcessMaker in the future.
