i am trying to add new PM table its got added in additional table but no physical table been added to database for Data entry.

please let me know.

What version of PM are you using? Manual or Bitnami install?

It looks like PM has trouble creating new database tables, which might mean that the MySQL user for your workspace doesn't have permission.

To investigate what is the problem, edit your workflow/engine/config/env.ini file and add the following two lines:

debug = 1
debug_sql = 1

Then, try to create a new PM Table in ProcessMaker. Then, check the contents of your workflow/public_html/php_errors.log, shared/log/propel.log and shared/log/queriesWithErrors.log files to see if there are any errors. If you aren't sure, then post the contents of those files here and I will look at them.
