Hi all, Im using 3.2- community version and currently having a problem with email log.

I have tried changing the status of "pending" emails to "error" in the database (app_message table). It works for awhile, then it shows up again as "pending".

update bitnami_pm.app_message set app_msg_status = 'error' where APP_MSG_STATUS = 'pending';
I would like to know where the mail queue being stored in the database because i want to remove the "pending" mails with empty receiver address
or is there any reason as to why it keeps going back to "pending".

When the APP_MESSAGE.APP_MSG_STATUS field is set to "error," ProcessMaker still try to keep sending the email every time the workflow/engine/bin/cron.php file is executed as long as the configuration to connect to your email server is good.

If you want cron.php to stop trying to send the email, then you need to set the APP_MSG_STATUS to 'sent'.
