Hi,

I'd like to make a process where:
1) Customer fills out web entry form
2) Processmaker generates pdf output and sends the pre-filled form to the customer via email
2a) Processmaker also sends the web entry form data to a PM_Table
3) Manual task - Customer signs the form and sends it back to us
4) Employee receives the form and reviews it, etc, etc

I am having difficulty trying to create the 2nd task also is task 2a also possible? How do I create this?

For number 2, you need create a trigger in your process which uses PMFGenerateOutputDocument() to create the Output Document file from the template and then use a database query to find the file in the APP_DOCUMENT table. Then use PMFSendMessage() to send the Output Document as an attachment.

Set the trigger to fire at a point in your process where all the variables used in your template have already been set.

For 2a, you can use Report Tables.
