Hi Team
I have a dropdown field which is Mandatory and the dropdown includes numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5. I have put a default value as -Please Select-
However, the field on form just shows 1 as default. It doesn't prompt a User in ensuring a correct selection is done.
I have made the field mandatory.

To force the user to select an option in a dropdown box, mark its required property. In the list of options, the first option should have an empty value. If empty, then the Dynaform cannot be submitted unless the user selects one of the subsequent options in the list that has a value.

Create a list of options with just one option which has an empty value:

Then, the options which are returned by your SQL query in the PM Table will be added after that first option.
