Hi folks,
I was wondering if it Is possible to set up an inbox to manage cases in multiple workspaces.
The use case here is that some staff, particularly managers, need to have a consolidated inbox so that they can see and manage cases that are running in different workspaces.
Is this possible using the Outlook plugin in Enterprise?
