I am experiencing inconsitencies between the "Particpated" view and the "Review" (and the "Process Map") panel with parallel tasks. The "Particpated" view shows the status of the task with the first (top) task in a group of parallel task, even though that task has been completed. The Process Supervisor "Review" panel shows the correct assignment of the task.

Is there a way to ensure that the "Participated" view displays information consistent with the "Review" view?

thanks

This is probably caused because the APP_CACHE_VIEW table hasn't been properly updated to match the APP_DELEGATION table.
You can find out by issuing these queries in your database:
SELECT * FROM APP_CACHE_VIEW WHERE APP_NUMBER=X;
SELECT AD.* FROM APP_DELEGATION AD, APPLICATION A WHERE AD.APP_UID=A.APP_UID AND A.APP_NUMBER=X;

Then, see if it is fixed by going to Admin > Settings > Case List Cache Builder and clicking on "Build Cache".

If Participated now matches Review, then we know that the problem was the APP_CACHE_VIEW table. The question is how to prevent it in the future. If the problem reappears, you should file a bug report and post the records of APP_CACHE_VIEW and APP_DELEGATION for the case.
