I have noticed that when reassigning a case in 3.1.3 Enterprise, the case will reassign correctly and close the dialog. However, when selecting "notify case users" it does not close the dialog, and if you click reassign twice, it will just give you an error and keep you inside of the reassign box, but it does reassign the case. The only issue is that it gives the error/does not close the dialog.

I don't see this problem using PM 3.2.1 Community, but it might be one your plugins. When you file your bug report, list all the plugins that you have activated.
