Hi,
I was looking for feature to send a reminder message to the manager to let him know that "you didn't finished you task yet and you should finish it before 6 PM"
So the condition here is if the manager replied quick in the task so the process maker will not send a message but if the task has been sent it to the manager and we didn't received any reply after 1 hour in this time process maker will send a message to notify him "there is a new task you didn't finished yet"

I hope anyone can help me with this
