Hi,
I have the following situation:
When running a case, in TASK 1 the USER X upload (attach) a file to the case. When in TASK 2, a different USER Y try to check the previously upload file (by downloading through a link created), he isn´t permitted to do that. (Page 403 Access denied. You don't have privileges to access with those credentials. You can contact your administrator …)
How can I solve this kind of situation ? i.e. I need that one user upload a file in a task, but a different one can review it (download it) from a posterior task.

You probably need to give the other user Process Permissions to access the file. In addition, there is a setting in the env.ini file that you can change in PM 3.1.3. See:
