How can i give the link to show the case summary with summary dynaform of particular case in the email notification?
please help me out

The URL for the summary of the current case will be this in your email template:
Code: Select allhttp://example.com/sys@#SYS_SYS/en/neoclassic/cases/cases_Open?APP_UID=@#APPLICATION&DEL_INDEX=@#INDEX&action=sent
For example:
http://example.com/sysworkflow/en/neocl ... ction=sent
