Hi ,
i have an issue on document download,
in in my process only the user who upload the document can view the doc,
i want all users in next step can view the files.
I have also assigned permisions to all users and also supervisors,but wont work
when i click the document to download ,give me an alert and i cannot do nothing.

is a problem of firewall?or also a configuration?
i can disable this restriction to download in any way?(also by code)

You need to either give your user Process Permissions to access the Input or Output Document or you need to edit the env.ini file on your PM server and add this line:

disable_download_documents_session_validation = 1
