There is no easy way to do this. You can upload the Word Document with a File control in a DynaForm. Then create a trigger which is fired after the DynaForm to open the Word Document and use unoconv to convert the DOC file to plain text or HTML. See this code example, for an idea how to do it:
http://wiki.processmaker.com/3.2/Output ... _text_file
But the path is slightly different for uploaded files than output documents and you need to use unoconv instead of poppler to do the conversion.

If you convert the DOC file to plain text, then you can edit the files content inside a textarea. If you want to edit the file as HTML code, then there are many open source HTML editors you can use (google it). You can display the HTML editor inside a panel in a DynaForm.

As for using electronic signatures in your process, ProcessMaker Enterprise Edition offers three plugins for electronic signatures:

Contact the Sales department for more info. If you aren't a programmer to create the code you need, then you can also ask Sales for pricing for custom development as well.
