Questions and discussion about using ProcessMaker: user interface, running cases & functionality
#790754
Greetings,

One of my users is getting the following error while approving a case:

Warning: Unknown: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected the timezone 'UTC' for now, but please set date.timezone to select your timezone. in Unknown on line 0

Fatal error: Uncaught SoapFault exception: [SOAP-ENV:Server] syntax error, unexpected '&&' (T_BOOLEAN_AND) in C:\ProcessMaker\processmaker\workflow\public_html\response_approval.php:59 Stack trace: #0 C:\ProcessMaker\processmaker\workflow\public_html\response_approval.php(59): SoapClient->__soapCall('routeCase', Array) #1 {main} thrown in C:\ProcessMaker\processmaker\workflow\public_html\response_approval.php on line 59

Any idea what is wrong here?

Regards,
Nitish

Are you using the Enterprise Edition? The Enterprise Edition sets the time zone for each user. You need to login in the graphical interface as that user and set his/her time zone. Then it should be possible to login using web services and have a set time zone.

If you are using the Community Edition, then go to Admin > System and set the Time Zone or edit your php.ini file on your server and set this line to your time zone:
Code: Select all
date.timezone = America/La_Paz
