Hello,

I am using processmaker community edition3.1.2.
I want to reassign the case to particular user.So, if any approver(user) is not available then admin can reassign that case to other approver(user) For that I made admin as supervisor of process. Add PM_REASSIGNCASE permission to admin.

I followed this link

But when I clicked on Reassign, it shows like this

It didn't show user list option there. When I clicked on Reassign button in that window. It shows following pop-up.

If I logged in as admin. Go to Home-> Review. Open any case then Action-> Reassign. It shows following window

It has only admin user. I want all user's name there. How to achieve this?
