Dear PhongVan,

Here are a set of possible fixes:
1. You are using chrome. Try logging into ProcessMaker using Mozilla and check if the same problem arises.

2. Another option is to clear cookies. In order to clear cookie:

Go to Chrome settings > Privacy > Content Settings > Cookie > All cookie and Site Data > Delete domain problem

I've try your suggestion, but I still miss that error.
I realize that the problem occur when:
- every user when many user using at the same time
- 1 or 2, 3 user who have multi case in Inbox or Paticipated

Did your login session expire? Or do you have a firewall blocking the connection?

What does "multi task" and "multi case" mean?
Do you mean a task with a parallel marker?

By the way, you should only open one case at a time in the same web browser. If you need to open two cases at the same time, then you need to use a second web browser. For example, open one case in Chrome and open the second case in Firefox. If you try to open two cases at the same time in the same web browser you can get strange errors.

In my stitutaion, session not expired, and firewall not blocking beacause in the pass user still using good.
I check the tool for mornitoring system i see that MySQL alway using about 70 -90% CPU. I using all default setup for apache, php, and mysql ( for version 3.0.18).
Please give me some adivses,

If you comment out this line, it just means that the count for the number of self service cases will be incorrect in the cases sidebar under Home. This may not be a problem for you if you don't use self service tasks in your processes.

I wonder if something is wrong with your database. I recommend doing this:

php processmaker database-upgrade
php processmaker database-verify-consistency
php processmaker database-verify-migration-consistency

we've config httpd-mpm.conf file, by set

=> the problem is resloved ( I know that in window platform default ThreadStackSize = 1M, i try to increase on 8M) .
So I see that some problem in counting number of unassign case, and this problem is resolved by increase ThreadStackSize. But I don't understand about relationship betweent count number of unassign case and threadstacksize. Can you explain for me?
