Hello,

I have a process in production developed under the 3.0 version of PM. I recently made an import for some updates done over the process. However, I found out that after the import all my cases were deleted. I checked the DB and nothing is there. Does anyone know the root cause of this issue and if there's a fix? Thank you!

Hello,

comment that you try to replicate the error you mention and was not achieved, this would perform in version 3.0.1.8 and 3.1. The problem you mentioned has already been solved if this existed in previous versions, it is recommended to acquire the last update.

it is recommended to always back up your instance before any kind of update, you can also take a look to Case Archiving plugin at the following link:
