Hi,

I have created a Dynaform with variables and assigned them to text fields, when I come and export the form and then import it into Processmaker it creates duplicates of the variables appended with _1 can this be stopped?

Exactly a problem we are facing as well. Can we please be allowed to override the renaming, or stop renaming altogether?

So if I was to change the code to the following;

variables[i].var_name = variables[i].var_name;

Would that then just add the variables to the dynaform without creating the _1's?

I have tested that but when importing the form it still adds the creates a new variable with the _1.

Any other ideas?

The mafe.min.js is being compiled and put in public_html/lib/js/

we will have to figure out what they are using to compile or minify it and make a new one after changes to mafe.min.js

Looks like this might be fixed in latest releas although I have not tested it yet.

There is something in release notes about this issue, look for PM-3756

You should file a bug report asking for an option to not change variable names when importing DynaForms.
