Hi there,

I'm just testing the iOS App with my processmaker 3 install.

I can log in, see my cases etc, and even start a new case (and fill in the first Dynaform). But when it comes to opening existing cases, it opens it but gets stuck with "Loading Data".

I assume this is too general a problem, so is there any chance to see why it's hanging?

PS: The first step is a Input Document upload step. Is that not supported??

Not sure it has anything to do with the steps you have,

On android I was able to enter some cases when testing at first, then soon after I could log in and see previous cases but not load any steps...
I checked the http log to try see what was going on,

it didn't seem to stretch much past that. I knew there was an update to the app installed on my phone since trying the first time, so I thought maybe there was some corruption with the exiting data or something... I told the phone to delete all existing app data, it then loaded fresh and the app was setup by default offering an enterprise trial signup or logon- took a bit of screwing around but got back to adding my own server, but same behaviour as before, loading data

my guess is it's just broken right now, or you have to have an enterprise setup to get it cranking
