How to Export and Import database in other Machine

When carrying out the export process through phpmyadmin and importing on another machine, at the end of the process there is an error in some tables and as a result the users are not displayed, the user groups are not displayed, just the designers, what is the correct way to export the bitnami_pm database and import on another machine?
