Ask questions about installing and configuring ProcessMaker 3
#830622
I am currently trying to upgrade my ProcessMaker version from 3.7.7 to 3.8.2 Enterprise Editions on a Linux Unix server. I have been successful in upgrading on this server before, but I am running into an error when I run this command in the processmaker folder:
./processmaker upgrade

{
"error": {
"code": 400,
"message": "Bad Request: You have specified an unavailable workspace."
},
"debug": {
"source": "WebApplication.php:567 at setup stage",
"stages": {
"success": [],
"failure": [
"message"
]
}
}
}
Has anyone run into this error before and found a way around it? Thank you!

Hi,
I am having same error. I am new to PM and learning PM from 3.5.7
I installed ver 3.8.2 as per the guide. Every thing is working except queue. on ver 3.5.7 when I run below command the queue starts
cd /opt/processmaker
php processmaker artisan queue:work --workspace=workflow

but when I do the same thing with 3.8.2 it gives me the same error

C:\opt3\processmaker>php processmaker artisan queue:work --workspace=workflowone
{
"error": {
"code": 400,
"message": "Bad Request: You have specified an unavailable workspace."
},
"debug": {
"source": "WebApplication.php:567 at setup stage",
"stages": {
"success": [],
"failure": [
"message"
]
}
}
}

your kind help shall be highly appreciated

DANSOL wrote:Hi,
I think there is a bug.
It worked for me changing this file --> processMaker\framework\src\Maveriks\WebApplication.php at line 557 from
if (empty($workspace) && $workspace != 0) {
to
if (empty($workspace)) {
Thanks a lot Dansol, that is very helpful
