Gmail can send email successfully but when i'm using the smtp-mail.outlook.com and outlook email to send a test email it will not send and the test email greyed out

Hello flowdrw.

You have to enable an option in OUTLOOK so that you can send by SMTP, and you can also do a double check on the ports.

Hi Sir,

Goodevening.
I already double check the port and firewall. I can send email using 587 port in smtp.gmail.com but I can't in smtp-mail.outlook.com/smtp.office365.com. What option in Outlook that I need to enable so it will send email succesfully?

Just follow the link, one difference is the TLS 995 port, in my opinion, nothing else.

Fix SMTP Server error in Email
Open your email client program (Outlook Express, Outlook, Eudora or Windows Mail)
Click "Accounts" in the "Tools" menu.
Click on your email account then click "Properties" button.
Click "General" tab.
Ensure that the "E-mail address" is your valid address for this account.
Click "Servers" tab.
