Tasks are not progress to the next person#829871

I have an issue with a fresh installed ProcessMaker 3.5.7 on Ubuntu, Tasks are not progress to the next person and staying as draft, I have to run the below command every time to process the queue
php processmaker artisan queue:work --workspace=workflow
Any help is much appreciated.

It sounds like the supervisor is not installed or not running, take a look at this documentation in order to install it:

I have processmaker 3.5 installed on ubuntu-20.04.3-live-server-amd64 and the problem it gives me is sending tasks and emails. To solve it, I run the queue but I would like to be able to leave it already solved and not have to execute commands.
I have read that you have to install the supervisor, but I have made some attempts and I think that I am doing the installation or the process with the "supervisor" wrong.
Can you please help me with the steps to follow?
