Processmaker 3 was a nice opensource solution, but I think the developers have decided to discontinue the open source releases.
The last public update was published a year ago: 21 dec 2020

Glad to see it worked for you! I copied the files from GitHub to a Linux archive file then performed the upgrade as described for version 3.7.X
