Process Categories

Hello everyone,

I have the following issue. I'm working with two installations of PM. One as a production system and one to develop my processes. In my developing system I'm also choose a process category but when I export the process and import it into the production system the category wouldn't be imported with the process.
I looked into the exported file and saw that the process category ID is also included in the export file. But between the two systems the internat category ID is different.

Now my question is it possible to edit the ID of category of one system or would that interrupt the database of PM?

Hello Skipper,

That is correct, Process Categories are not yet supported to be exported and imported, I wouldn't recommend changing the category ID, what you can do is just manually set the category after the process is imported.
