Hi,

I tried to migrate from Process Maker 3.2.1 to Process Maker 3.5.7. But there are some problems

* Start migrating and populating indexing for avoiding the use of table APP_CACHE_VIEW...
-> Migrating an populating indexing for avoiding the use of table APP_CACHE_VIEW Start
-> Populating APP_DELEGATION.APP_NUMBER
-> Populating APP_DELEGATION.USR_ID
-> Populating APP_DELEGATION.PRO_ID
-> Populating APP_DELEGATION.TAS_ID
-> Populating APPLICATION.APP_STATUS_ID
-> Populating APP_DELAY.USR_ID
-> Populating APP_DELAY.PRO_ID
-> Populating APP_DELAY.APP_NUMBER
-> Populating APP_MESSAGE.APP_NUMBER
-> Populating APP_MESSAGE.TAS_ID and APP_MESSAGE.PRO_ID

It get stuck in this stage, tried so many time.
Anyone know what is the issue?

RE: your upgrade to v3.5.x

I don't know much about your problem. Basically I just followed the Upgrade SOP doc and it worked for me for upgrading to v3.6. You can compare the SOP doc with v3.5 that to find out any steps were missing. Wish this is helpful to you, cheers.

Hi,

You should not update version 3.2.1 directly to the latest version. Instead, you should do it step by step according to the ProcessMaker guide.
First upgrade to version 3.3.10, then to version 3.4.11 and then to version 3.5.8.
Also consider updating your PHP, Apache, and MySQL services.
You may have to keep MySQL version 5.6 because of your data.
