Hi,

We are using ProcessMaker 3.5.7-community on a Debian Server with PHP7.3/MySQL 8.0.23/Apache2.
Sending out a test e-mail from the web portal works fine but otherwise the system is not sending out any e-mails or notifications and also the cron overview is not updating.
The tools is installed under /opt/processmaker and the owner is www-data.

The cronjobs are also registered as www-data and run every 5 minutes.

We are using postfix and every 5 minute I have the following log entry in /var/log/mail.log

However no e-mails are sent and also the cron.log file of postmaker is not updated.
Running cron.php and the other files as root works and the log and also the web portal cron overview are updated but still no e-mails are sent. However it seems that some mails are sent to the www-data user.

Otherwise users are imported from Active Directoy and all have an e-mail entry in the user administration.

If you have any hint why it doesn't work that would be highly appreciated.
